Hamburger Stew

Looking for some comfort food? This hamburger stew has a bit of an Italian twist and can be made with any ground meat that you prefer. If you do a couple of things ahead of time, you can have this on the table in 30 minutes! This is a no-fuss, easy to make ground beef dinner idea. And an easy addition to your regular dinner rotation! If you end up with leftovers, you can easily store this in the fridge for several days or freeze for a couple of months.

1 lb ground beef
1/2 lb bulk mild italian sausage
1 cup chopped onion
15 oz cannellini beans
2 cups cut fresh green beans
14.5 oz Italian stewed tomatoes
15 oz vegetable broth
6 oz tomato paste
2 teaspoons dried oregano
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1/2 lb bulk mild italian sausage
1 cup chopped onion
15 oz cannellini beans
2 cups cut fresh green beans
14.5 oz Italian stewed tomatoes
15 oz vegetable broth
6 oz tomato paste
2 teaspoons dried oregano
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
In a large skillet or Dutch oven, cook the beef, sausage and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain.
