Ditch the store-bought and make these Harissa and Rosemary Roasted Chickpeas at home. They're crunchy, spicy and perfect for movie nights.

300 grams dried chickpeas
30 grams emmental cheese, grated
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon harissa paste
1/2 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
1 rosemary stalk
