Chicken [400 grams ]
spinach [1 cup chopped ]
Ginger garlic paste [1 tea spoon each ]
green chilies [3 to 4 chopped ]
red chiliy powder 1 [tea spoon ]
Garam masala [1 tea spoon ]
Corn flour [1 table spoon ]
Oil [2 table spoon ]
For gravy
Onions 2[large size ]
Spinach [1 cup chopped ]
Coriander 1 cup chopped ]
Garam masala [1 tablr spoon ]
Ginger garlic paste [1 tea spoon each ]
Tomato puree [ 1 cup ]
Fried spinach for garnishing
Mix all the ingredients [keep a side the gravy ingredients ] Mix well and make the balls of it Take a pan and put balls in it and cover the pan Cook for some time Put some oil and fry for some time Take another pan for making gravy and put some oil Fry onions till golden brown and add tomato puree with red chili powder Make the paste of spinach and coriander adding green chilly Add this paste with tomato puree Mix properly and cook for some time Put garam masala and Chicken balls Mix well put some water if required Cover the pan with lid and cook for 5 to 7 minutes Take a serving bowl and pour the koftas in it Garnish with fried spinach serve with Roties serves 5 to 6

Sauce:
6 tbsp Mayonnaise
4 tbsp Milk
1/2 tsp Mastard
100 g Cheese
1 pinch Salt
1 pinch Pepper
