Hawaiian Teriyaki Chicken Burgers

1 pound ground chicken
2 tablespoons sesame oil ( divided )
1/2 cup cilantro ( finely chopped )
1 teaspoon ginger powder
2-4 teaspoon sriracha
1/2 teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons Soy Free Teriyaki Sauce
4 slices pineapple
4 slices Jones Dairy Farm Canadian Bacon
Gluten Free Buns ( optional )
