100g (just over 1/2 cup) dates (pitted)
50g (1/3 cup) hazelnuts
100g (1/2 cup) chopped good quality dark chocolate
50ml (1/4 cup) olive oil
1 tablespoon potato flour (NOT starch)
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
2 eggs
