Adapted from Martha's delicious vinaigrette, this is super good not only on salad but salmon too

1/8-1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup chopped red onion (chopped very small)
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup Emile Noel Hazelnut Oil
course ground salt & ground black pepper to taste
