5 tablespoons taco seasoning (can be homemade or less sodium packet)
1/2 cup water
1 can Ro*TEL Original, No salt Added Diced tomatoes & green chilies
1 can Rosarita No Fat Traditional Refried Beans
3/4 cup Fat Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Assorted toppings (shredded lettuce, pico de gallo, guacamole, cheese, sour cream)
