{Healthy} Almond Joy Overnight Oats

These almond joy overnight oats make the perfect healthy on-the-go breakfast. Make ‘em the night before and have a delicious + nutritious breakfast ready in the morning.

3 and 1/2 tablespoons almond butter
1 cup old-fashioned oats
2/3 cup milk, I used almond milk
1 container (5.3 oz.) Toasted Coconut Vanilla yogurt
1 and 1/2 tablespoons cocoa powder (or dry chocolate pudding mix)
Pinch of salt
1 teaspoon truvia, or another sweetener
1/8 teaspoon coconut extract
Optional toppings: handful of almonds, toasted coconut, and miniature chocolate chips
