Healthy Apple Muffins
Rich in whole grain, fiber, warm spices and fresh fruit, these Healthy Apple Muffins are an easy snack or nourishing breakfast to stash in your freezer. They're a perfect companion to a hot cup of coffee, and also a nutritious treat for the toddlers in your life! These muffins also happen to be vegan, contain no egg, and have no refined sugar!
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 T baking powder
1 t cinnamon
1/4 t nutmeg
1/4 t salt
1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
3 T maple syrup
3 T coconut oil
