1/2 cup flour
2 pieces large eggs ( beaten )
4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup crushed garlic croutons
1 tablespoon fresh butter ( melted )
2 pieces large tomatoes
3 tablespoons minced fresh basil
2 cloves garlic ( minced )
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Grease a 9x13 baking dish.
