When you wake, your body gives you a huge shot of cortisol to change from sleeping to a conscious state, which floods you with thoughts, anxieties, and fatigue

1/2 cups almond milk
1 cup fresh spinach
1 banana
1/2 avocado
2 cups frozen blueberries
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
1 tablespoon almond butter
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Place all the ingredient into the blender.

Add handful of ice if you would like drink colder.
