1 tsp maca powder
3/4 tsp ashwagandha powder
1/3 cup wild blueberries
1 tbsp goji berries
1 tbsp shredded unsweetened coconut
1 tbsp hemp hearts
2 tsp dark maple syrup ( or more to taste )

In a bowl, combine yogurt with maca, protein powder and ashwagandha. Top with all other ingredients.
