1 tbsp vanilla protein powder
1 tsp maca powder
3/4 tsp ashwagandha powder
1/3 cup wild blueberries
1 tbsp goji berries
1 tbsp shredded unsweetened coconut
1 tbsp hemp hearts
2 tsp dark maple syrup ( or more to taste )
