1 large onion, boiled and pureed
finely chopped cilantro
red chili powder
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup cashews, blended into a paste
1 tsp turmeric (fresh or powder)
1 tsp fresh grated ginger
1 tsp fresh grated garlic
salt
oil
.5-1 package Shan Chicken Tikka Masala Spice Mix (you can use a different brand if you prefer)

1. Mix the chicken breast, Shan Chicken Tikka Masala Spice, and 2 tbsp of oil together and let it sit at room temperature while you prepare the other ingredients.
