These easy to make and super tasty healthy chocolate truffles are packed with energy. They are the easiest raw chocolate truffles you could make and they’re gluten free, sugar free and dairy free too! You will need a food processor to make them, but they really are the simplest healthy snack. 12 medjool dates
1 cup of almond meal
1/2 cup of dessicated coconut
1/3 cup coconut oil
1/3 cup cacao powder
1 tsp chia seeds
Topping options: cacao powder, chia seeds, goji berries, linseeds or dessicated coconut
1) Soak the dates for 1 hour in a bowl of water. 2) Process all ingredients until the mixture comes together. 3) Roll into balls and add your choice of topping. 4) Try not to eat them all at once.
