Healthy Chocolate Waffles

When you eat these waffles it is like having your dessert FIRST! Your kids will LOVE these for breakfast, lunch or dinner! Just don't tell them they are healthy for them :)

1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons melted butter
1 1/4 cups milk
1 cup Greek yogurt
2 eggs, separated
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
