1/3 cup red onion ( sliced )
3 slices cooked bacon ( sugar free, paleo )
2 tbsp sunflower seeds
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
2 tbsp apple cider vineger
stevia to taste ( 1/8 to 1/4 tsp )
