6 Tablespoons lemon juice ( freshly squeezed )
Zest of 2 lemons
2 eggs ( room temperature )
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 1/2 Tablespoons poppy seeds
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
