This Healthy Homemade Granola is perfect over yogurt for breakfast, or as an afternoon snack.

Granola:
4 cups old fashioned oats
1 cups nuts/seeds
1/3 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup sugar (maple syrup or brown sugar or honey)
1 tbsp cinnamon
1.5 tsp vanilla

Optional:
1/2 cup dried fruit
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
