A delicious healthy low-fat apple oatmeal bar filled with wholesome goodness.

1 egg white
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
4 tablespoons applesauce
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
1 small diced (1/2 cup) Granny Smith apple (or your fruit choice)
1/4 cup chopped coarsely walnuts
2 squares of vanilla candiquik
