One of my most favorite foods is dip. I love all types of dips. Dessert, vegetable, cracker, cheese, chocolate, you name it, I love to dip. But with the new year, I made a goal to eat more vegetables. This Healthy Mexican Ranch Vegetable Dip makes it easy to get in all my veggies. It tastes amazing, and it’s all I want to eat these days!

2 (8 oz.) packages fat free cream cheese
1 cup canned corn
2 chopped jalapenos (deseeded)
1 red pepper chopped
¼ cup chopped olives
1 package Hidden Valley Ranch dip seasoning mix
Dash of salt and pepper
½ teaspoon garlic salt
