This is our favorite way to get an extra punch of protein! With a mix of oats, peanut butter, flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, and cranberries, they are a healthy way to satisfy any sweet tooth!

1 cup sunflower seeds (or nut of choice)
1 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
1/3 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup ground flaxseed
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 cup peanut butter (or any nut butter)
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup canola oil
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup applesauce or 1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1 cup chopped white chocolate (optional)

This cheese bake is very easy and quick, so anyone can make this, including those who have lots to do or those of you who have not enough time.

100 g Prawn
1/2 Bloccoli
Sauce:
6 tbsp Mayonnaise
4 tbsp Milk
1/2 tsp Mastard
100 g Cheese
1 pinch Salt
1 pinch Pepper
