Healthy Salted Caramel Mini Donuts are made with almond flour, avocado oil, dates, peanuts, and unrefined coconut sugar. They’re sweet, salty, and utterly delicious!

1 Lara Bar - Peanut Butter Cookie flavor
½ cup (2 ounces) super fine almond flour
¼ cup avocado oil
1 egg
1 teaspoon coconut sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla
¼ teaspoon baking soda
COATING
2 tablespoons coconut sugar
¼ teaspoon fine sea salt (see note below)
