This healthy twist on classic shepherd's pie combines much-loved flavors to create the ultimate cozy dinner – Sweet Potato Turkey Shepherd's Pie will be your family's favorite this fall!

3 large sweet potatoes (about 2 lbs), peeled and cubed into 1½-in pieces
1 tbsp olive oil
4-5 sprigs fresh sage
1 lb ground turkey
1 onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 zucchini, diced
1 red pepper, diced
¼ tsp ground cloves
2 tbsp flour*
1 tbsp tomato paste
2 tbsp coconut aminos**
1 tbsp coconut sugar**
2 cups chicken stock
2 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
