3/4 cup brown rice crackers ( ground into crumbs )
1/4 cup onion ( finely minced )
1/2 cup parsley ( chopped )
2 cloves garlic ( minced )

1 egg
1 teaspoon sea salt
black pepper ( to taste )

1 pinch red pepper flakes
1/3 cup fresh basil ( chopped )
