Delicious, Healthy Twice-Baked Potatoes have no dairy, oil, gluten, or processed ingredients. Plus, this recipe includes high-fiber cannellini beans!

15 ounce can cannellini beans
4 garlic cloves
2 tablespoons lemon juice
3/4 cups plain, non-dairy milk
1.5 cups Easy Cheezy Sauce ( recipe on website )
2 green onions
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
salt and pepper, to taste
