This delicious Healthy vegan banana pear spinach smoothie bowl is made from veggies, fruits, and superfoods to give you fiber and enough nutrients in the morning.

Smoothie:
1/2 of a medium-size banana
1 medium-size pear
1 cup of fresh baby spinach
3 tablespoons of ground oats
1.7 fl oz (50 ml) of water
Topping:
1/2 of a medium-size banana
1 teaspoon of peanut butter
1 teaspoon of coconut flakes
1/3 teaspoon 1/3 teaspoon
  • Add all smoothie ingredients (1/2 banana, pear, spinach, water, and oats) to a blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
