2 large potatoes ( diced )
2 onions ( chopped )
3 large carrots ( sliced )
2 stalks celery ( sliced include the tops )

1 package (10 oz) frozen mixed vegetables ( thawed )
1 1 pound can tomatoes ( with juice, chopped )

Combine all the ingredients except frozen mixed vegetables, in the crock pot.
Cook on LOW for 10 - 11 hours.
