HERB CRUSTED RIB ROAST

Just because the holidays are over doesn’t mean that you can’t enjoy a tender and delicious herb crusted rib roast right at home. These cuts of meat are great any time of year.

4-6 pounds rib roast bones cut off and tied back on
1/2 cup avocado or canola oil
2 teaspoons Gourmet Garden garlic paste or 2 teaspoons minced fresh garlic
1 teaspoon Gourmet Garden oregano paste or 1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 1/2 tablespoons kosher salt
2 teaspoons onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
Let your roast sit out for 1 hour prior to cooking. Mix together the oil and all of the spices, and rub liberally all over the top and sides of the roast. Place the roast into a roasting pan, bone side down...
