1 Double 8 Cattle Company Fullblood Wagyu Eye of Round Roast
3 tbsp. Fresh Rosemary ( finely chopped )
2 tbsp. Fresh Thyme ( finely chopped )
6 tbsp. Kosher Salt
2 tbsp. Freshly Ground Black Pepper
1 HEAD of Garlic ( separate and peel all cloves )
2 lbs. Tri-Color Baby Carrots
3 lbs. Baby Potatoes
1 lb. Cipollini Onions ( peeled and left whole )
6 tbsp. Grapeseed Oil
1/2 cup Water
