Herb Garlic Mashed Potatoes
These easy to make mashed potatoes can be thrown in the crock pot for a few hours. A perfect side dish to bring to Thanksgiving dinner this year!

6 large russet potatoes
3-4 cloves garlic, minced
6 tbsp butter
½ cup milk
2 sprigs rosemary, leaf thingies chopped
2 cups water
1 tsp thyme
1 cup cheddar cheese (optional)
Salt and pepper, to taste

Salt and pepper, to taste
Peel and dice your potatoes and place in the crock pot.
Add 2 tbsp butter, garlic, rosemary, and thyme to the potatoes.
Add water and place your crock pot on 6 high.
Stir potatoes roughly every 2 hours...
