These Herb Roasted Potatoes are seasoned with Parmesan cheese, a variety of spices, and baked to perfection!
2 pounds baby potatoes, halved
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 teaspoons minced garlic
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
Dash of paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 teaspoons chopped, fresh parsley, for garnish
