Chicken Hashbrown Casserole:
10 slices Bacon ( Cooked, crumbled )
2 cups Monterey Jack and Cheddar Cheese ( Shredded )
8 oz. Cream Cheese ( softened )
1 cup Sour Cream
1/2 Butter ( Melted )
1 oz. Ranch Dressing Mix
30 oz. Frozen Hashbrowns ( thawed )
2 cups Chicken ( chopped )
3 tablespoons green onion ( chopped, optional )

I made this in the middle of the week as despite looking like an adventurous and quite ambitious dish, it is in fact very easy and straight forward one to prepare. It will be ready in no time and trust me you will feel very proud of the outcome. It looks and tastes fantastic!! Just give it a go!
