Thai Chicken Pizza is one of my favorites! My favorite homemade pizza crust smothered with a Thai peanut sauce and topped with chicken, cheese, onion, cilantro and carrots. The flavors are amazing!

1 large pizza crust
3 heaping Tbs. chunky peanut butter
2 tsp. rice vinegar
2 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. olive oil
1 tsp. of crushed red pepper flakes
1 Tbsp ginger, minced
2 tsp honey
1/2 tsp sesame oil
3-4 chicken tenders
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 Tbsp. olive oil
2 chopped green onions
3/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
3/4 cup Monterrey jack cheese, shredded
1 medium carrot, shredded
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

Preheat oven to 475 degrees F.
In food processor or blender, combine peanut butter, vinegar, soy sauce, oil, red pepper flakes, ginger, honey and sesame oil. Set aside.
