2 cups packed fresh basil leaves, washed and dried and removed from stems
1/4 cup slivered almonds, toasted
4 tsp minced garlic (packed)
1/2 cup olive oil
3 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground pepper
