A steamed beetroot salad salad that is mixed with crumbled cheese and fresh herbs.

4 cups red beets, steamed and chilled
1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
.5-1 oz fresh dill leaves, chopped finely (more or less)
extra virgin olive oil (optional)
red chili powder (optional)
ground black pepper (optional)

- Cut the red beets into chunks or round slices.
