1/2 red onion
6 garlic cloves

3/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp coriander seeds
8 cloves
1/2 tsp nigella seeds
1/4 tsp ajawain seeds
1/4 tsp fenugreek seeds
1/4 tsp cardamom pods
1/4 cup new mexico chile powder
2 tbsp granulated onion
1 tbsp paprika
1/2 tsp cayenne
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 oz basil
1/2 cup water
