Homemade Blackberry Jam and Vanilla Snittar Cookies

3 cups blackberries ( fresh or frozen )
1 tablespoon water
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 tablespoon cornflour
125 g (1/2 cup) butter ( room temperature )
50 g (1/4 cup) sugar
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla sugar
1 tablespoon water
