Homemade Buffalo Sauce

Super easy buffalo sauce made at home.

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/2 cup hot sauce
2 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
pinch garlic powder
In a bowl whisk together all of t he ingredients until well combined. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Shake well to blend before each use. Will last about 1 month.

2 T salted butter
1 lb. peeled and deveined cooked shrimp
1 stalk celery
2 green onions
1/3 c mayonnaise
1 t lemon juice
1 t white vinegar
1 T minced fresh dill
1/4 t Old Bay seasoning
1/4 t sugar
Kosher salt and black pepper ( to taste )
