Homemade Caesar Salad Dressing (without anchovies)
A delicious, creamy Caesar dressing recipe that you can whip up in a snap. Last minute friendly (just allow for chilling), perfect for perpetual procrastinators like myself. Even better for me? No anchovies are needed to achieve that zesty tangy taste I love.

3 tsp minced garlic
3/4 – 1 cup mayonnaise
1+ tsp dijon mustard
1/2 tsp dry mustard
2 1/2 – 3 tbs red wine vinegar
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
3/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper, to taste
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
3/4 – 1 cup mayonnaise
