2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breast
2 eggs
3/4 c buttermilk
1 c all purpose flour
1/2 t baking soda
1/2 t onion powder
1/2 t garlic powder
1/2 t salt
1/4 t pepper
3 c panko bread crumbs
