Homemade Chicken Shakshuka

A versatile clean eating recipe which can me made to last a few days! Perfect for those flaor craving meal prep days.

chopped cilantro
red chili powder
1 lb ground chicken
1 tbsp ginger
1 tbsp garlic
1 tsp turmeric
2 tbsp coriander powder
1-2 tbsp chicken masala-optional
1 large finely chopped onion
1 large finely chopped tomato
tbsp tomato paste
oil
salt

1. Heat pan on medium heat and add oil. Once hot add finely chopped onions and saute until golden brown.
