Homemade Chickpeas Hummus is one of the best vegan dips you can use in salads, on toasts, as a mayonnaise substitute, with messed potatoes etc..

1.5 cups raw chickpeas
1 lemon
1 garlic clove
3 tablespoons tahini
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2/3 teaspoon Himalayan salt
1 tablespoon reserved liquid from cooking chickpeas
  • Drain the water (save 1 tablespoon of it) and rinse the chickpeas.
