4 cups all purpose flour
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 t baking soda
1/4 t salt
1 c salted butter ( at room temperature )
2 c granulated sugar
2 eggs
2 t vanilla extract
1 c sour cream
1 c hot water
For the Frosting:
3/4 c salted butter
3/4 c unsweetened cocoa powder
6 T brewed coffee
6 T milk or cream
1/8 t salt
2 lbs. confectioners sugar
