Homemade Chocolate Covered Cherries ~ Make Your Own Homemade Chocolate Covered Cherries Recipe Perfect for Christmas and the Holidays!

2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1/4 cup butter ( softened )
1 Tbsp milk
1/2 tsp almond extract
2 jars maraschino cherries
1 package chocolate almond bark
2 Tbsp shortening

In a large mixing bowl combine sugar, butter, milk and almond extract. Mix until combined. Knead into a large ball.
