1/3 cup of Almond Flour
1/4 cup of ground flax
2 - 3 tbsp sugar {depending on how sweet you like your cereal}
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp softened coconut butter {you may sub coconut oil}
1 egg
1/4 cup of chocolate chips
1/3 cup of Almond Flour

add the ingredients {in the order above} to a food processor
pulse until the dough starts to form a ball
{the dough may look crumbly, and that is fine}
on your work surface, press firmly into a ball
