You won\\\'t believe how EASY these Homemade Ferrero Rocher Hazelnut Truffles are to make, not to mention, tastes so much better than the store bought kind!

For the filling:
3 cups crushed hazelnut wafer cookies
3 cups finely chopped toasted hazelnuts
1 1/4 cups (10 ounces) Nutella
For the chocolate coating:
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 teaspoon coconut oil (or vegetable oil)
1 1/2 cups finely chopped toasted hazelnuts
