Homemade fresh Hawaiian meatballs provide a delicious, nutritionally balanced meal, or appetizer; made from scratch. Enjoy these sweet and sour meaty bites as a party food appetizer, or cozy family night main course.

•(for the meatballs)
•1 lb. hamburger
•1 Cup panko bread crumbs
•1/2 Tablespoon cornstarch
•1/3 Parmesan cheese
•2 egg
•1/2 c. chopped onion
•Salt & pepper to taste
•Coconut oil
•(for the Hawaiian sauce)
•2 c. pineapple juice
•6 tbsp. cider vinegar
•2 tbsp. soy sauce
•6 Tablespoons Hoisin sauce
•1 Cup. sugar
•2 14 0z. cans pineapple tidbits or pieces, drained
•several peppers of different colors and heat, cut in strips, or chopped
•Cooked white rice (optional serving suggestion)
