Easy Homemade Italian Christmas Bread Panettone Recipe - perfect for the holidays! This Panettone Recipe does require some planning, but if you follow my instructions, you'll end up with a sweet, puffy and festive holiday bread.

4 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
6 tablespoons butter ( melted )
1 tablespoon lemon zest
1 tablespoon orange zest
1 teaspoon venilla extract
1 teaspoon salt
3 1/2 cups flour
2/3 cups golden raisins
1/3 cup orange peel
2 tsp orange liqueur
  1. Pour milk in a small bowl and sprinkle the yeast over it. Stir and cover. Let it sit for 7-8 minutes.
