This delicious Homemade Mushroom Hummus has a light texture. It can easily be spread over bread. Children love it because it doesn't have a strong flavor most kids don't like.

150 g mushrooms
200 g cooked chickpeas
1 large spring onion
3 tablespoons of tahini
4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
1/3 teaspoon of Himalayan salt
