Homemade No Dough Flan

Flan is one of my favorite deserts. This is delicious and has to be eaten cold!

4 eggs
6 egg yolks
150 ml milk
180 g vanilla custard powder
250 g sugar
1 pinch salt
2 sachets vanilla (or vanilla beans)
70 g corn starch
15-20 prunes (optional)

1. Preheat the oven at 350F.

Snicker Salad recipe is a traditional dessert salad or side dish popular at all our holidays, parties, picnics and backyard BBQs! It's light and fluffy from the Cool Whip and vanilla pudding mixture. Then it's loaded with your favorite Snickers candy bars and apples.

1 package instant vanilla pudding
1/2 cup milk
8 oz Cool Whip
3 granny smith apples
3 Snicker bars

  • In a large bowl combine the pudding with milk, whisk until combined.
  • Gently fold in Cool Whip.
  • Mix in snickers and apples.
  • Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

For the Cobbler:
1 cup almond flour
2 tbsp arrowroot powder ( or tapioca flour )
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 tbsp coconut oil ( melted )
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
For the Berries:
2 cups strawberries ( sliced )
1 cup blueberries
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp arrowroot powder
